Christine C. Demass said in a heartfelt letter to the neighborhood (I will be posting that one soon), one that I can only assume that she wrote and David C. Bills auto penned as I can only imagine writing anything directly to the unwashed over here has to be very..very hard for David C. Bills. In fairness to Christine it was the only time we got a call from the West Genesee Board, but it was only to provide us with BS, and in the end based on title she is just another person basking in the warm glow that is David C. Bills. Why I am concerned about "fairness" when talking about West Genesee School District is beyond me..its that pragmatist fault of mine again.

Start times would be maintained at 7:00 AM. But the reality has been rumble-up by 6:30 AM: backup beepers, engines, metal clanks...the whole pre-dawn soundtrack.
