I am a pragmatic individual, I knew I moved in next to as school, 11 years I have lived here I have contacted them 3 times maybe total. Mainly because of there new shiny tax payer provided PA woke me up from sleep blaring, I mean it was building through the week but I kept hoping they would do the right thing, to David C Bills credit he actually took action on that one, and seemed to articulate like a fellow human being. I am the opposite of a serial complainer. The irony is I probably have the MOST to complain about. I mean it was an easy one, but for the most part he got it under control.
