Much love for the old golf course...or should we say, the newly annexed lands of Mr. Dr. David C. Bills.
I once assumed that the school acquiring it would be the lesser of two possibilities. I now admit openly that was idealistic and naïve.
I noticed in one of my posts to social media that there were some comments saying, “He is not doing anything up here.”
What I have learned is that David Bills..Mr. Dr. David C. Bills...can use sleight of hand to accomplish whatever he wants, and in the end, Bills will send you the bill.
Please, people on the golf course, go over every proposal David Bills has over there with a fine-tooth comb. Ask questions early. and any help I can be just let me know!!!!!!
I did assume the information I got from the school was honest… again, naïve. But I guess you are never too old to learn. some lessons are harder than others though.
