I hope you’re having a wonderful day.
I just had one question — but as I’ve learned through my attempts to get answers from your kind and courageous leader, Mr. David C. Bills, the simplest questions always seem to be the hardest ones.
With your addition of the brand-new press box and camera perch at West Genesee High School, it appears that high-resolution cameras (and perhaps drones next) will have a perfect view directly into my backyard.
So I’d like some clarity:
Should I now ask your permission before using my own backyard during school events?
Do you have a release form I’m supposed to sign for being filmed on my private property?
Or should I just keep quiet, pay my ever-increasing taxes, and “support the community”?
Maybe I should set up a scheduler on my website — where the West Genesee Board of Education can tell me when I’m allowed to go outside. Would that make things easier for everyone?
This isn’t sarcasm — it’s a sincere question about privacy and respect. For months, construction noise and disruption have already impacted daily life for those of us who live right next to the high school.
Now that the project is going into winter , we’re left wondering whether our homes will become part of the next West Genesee livestream.
If you intend to record or broadcast images of my property, I expect — at minimum — an honest explanation of what measures you’ll take to prevent that. You can trust that you wont want to live stream me anyway.
Oh by the way.. I was hoping to have some family over for thanksgiving as I see by your kind and courageous "CEO's" posts, he is a family man. Is that going to be OK with you or should I try to go somewhere else ?
