West Genesee Board of Construction and Taxation Community Forum

If you have concerns about the upcoming construction project, the community forum is the place to be sold on "concepts" and your money extracted. I would like to say I will be there, but one line in the district's documentation sums up the entire process:

“The District is presenting conceptual plans created in conjunction with the District's architect. Detailed plans are not finalized prior to the vote as the vote is to authorize the funding and general scope.”

There is no vote for Plan A, Plan B, or Plan C. There is only a vote to give them your money. The specifics will be figured out later, conceptually, after the funding is secured. There is no way to escape that reality I do not care what those salespeople to extract your money from your wallet. Its just logic.

"It's only this much after STAR"

"The Kid's" "We need this or education will not be filled excellence anymore"

What happens if STAR BS goes away? What happens when they just keep adding and adding, you will be retiring using food pantries ? 222k a year David C. Bills has no Idea of such things, and regardless to what charity he gives to he does not care.

So what exactly is the point of the forum? Residents are invited to provide input, but it is hard to ignore the fact that the details have not been finalized and will not be finalized before the vote. It's 100% “Give us the funding now and we will decide the rest afterward.” Basically any conversation you have will just be lip service. You will have to keep feeding the machine he is building over there with your money... it will just keep happening.

I know I will be voting, and I know what my vote will be. It should be obvious to anyone dealing with the construction zone and the growing mini-empire that Superintendent "CEO" $222,000 Tax Dollars a year David C. Bills plus perks on your dime has built.

They will sell you on short term appearance of gain, for long term pain long after David C. Bills has retired on your dime.

This forum will probably be more important than to others, however I don't know here is a concept... keep your money in your wallet ? I know, crazy right ?

The last thing I ever wanted was to some glorified front man for these kinds of conversations. I know this stuff will make little difference, as I cannot hide behind the words "Community" and "Kids" as they can, but I digress. My video is coming before the vote. nothing groundbreaking just telling my story.. and the complete opaque, obtuse people and straight up liars I have dealt with ...

These humans have changed my life changed my back yard and changed my sky.. without even saying thanks, and based on all that I know they intend to pummel this neighborhood as soon as they can open the thing, and they are doing it with my money, I have to pay for the privilege.

Hey people on the golf course, I am rooting for you!!

Just remember ... the first rule of the Board...
